Bolt free energy rewards — troubleshooting

Stella and Bolt Norway partner to reward taxi fleets with free energy. Here is how the program works and what to do if your rewards have not appeared.

How rewards work

  • Rewards are based on each driver's Bolt tier (Silver, Gold, or Diamond).

  • Rewards are calculated and distributed monthly, usually by the middle of the month.

  • Free energy is granted to the fleet owner, not individual drivers.

  • Rewards appear in the Stella app under the Business tab.

  • Rewards must be claimed within 60 days of issuance — unclaimed rewards expire.

If your reward has not appeared

  1. Confirm your business is registered: The fleet owner must have registered their business in the Stella app. Go to Business > Settings to verify.

  2. Check your company code: The organization number (org.nr.) registered in Stella must match the one used in Bolt. Mismatched details will prevent rewards from being linked.

  3. Wait for the distribution window: Rewards are distributed by mid-month. If it is before the 15th, your rewards may still be processing.

  4. Check the Business tab: Free energy appears under the Business section of the Stella app, not in the personal wallet.

Still missing?

If you have verified all of the above and your rewards are still missing, contact Stella Support via the in-app chat with your Bolt fleet details (fleet name and org.nr.). We will investigate with Bolt.
