How to add a vehicle to your fleet
Adding a vehicle to your Stella business fleet allows you to enable Autocharge and track usage across your organization. Here is how to do it:
Step-by-step
Charge the vehicle first: Complete at least one charging session with the new vehicle at any Stella station. Use the Stella app or an RFID card to start the session.
Find the vehicle in the app: After charging, the vehicle will appear under Business > Autocharge > Vehicles ready to enable.
Enable Autocharge: Tap the vehicle, give it a recognizable name (we recommend using the license plate number), and confirm.
Important notes
Only vehicles that have charged at a Stella station within the last 30 days will appear in the list.
If your vehicle does not appear, try charging again and check that the session completed successfully.
Not all EV manufacturers support Autocharge. If your vehicle model is not compatible, you will not see the option to enable it.
You can add multiple vehicles to your fleet — there is no limit.
