How to change your billing email address

You can update where your Stella invoices are sent. There are two options depending on your needs.

Option 1: Update your contact email (self-service)

  1. Open the Stella app.

  2. Go to Business > Settings.

  3. Update your contact email address.

  4. This email will be used for all communications, including invoices.

Option 2: Separate billing email

If you want invoices sent to a different email address than your general contact email, you need to set up a separate billing email. This requires assistance from our team:

  1. Contact Stella Support via the in-app chat or email support@stellaenergy.com.

  2. Provide your new billing email address.

  3. We will update your account settings.

When do changes take effect?

Email changes typically take effect for the next billing cycle. Invoices already generated will be sent to the email address on file at the time of generation.
