Our charging stations are designed for active charging only. Following these simple guidelines helps ensure chargers are available when you need them.
While charging
Stay with or near your vehicle when possible.
Monitor your charging progress in the Stella app.
When charging is complete
Move your vehicle promptly once charging is finished.
Do not leave your car parked at the charger if you are not actively charging.
Reporting blocked chargers
If a vehicle is blocking a charger without actively charging, you can report it:
Use the in-app chat in the Stella app
Email support@stellaenergy.com with the location and a description
