How to report a broken charger

Let us know when something isn't working at a charging station

If you encounter a broken charger or hardware issue, please report it so we can fix it quickly.

What to report

Please include the following information:

  • Location – Which charging station? (e.g., Østbanegade, Valby)

  • Charge point number – The two-digit number on the charger (e.g., 01, 12)

  • Description – What is wrong? (e.g., screen not working, cable damaged, card reader broken)

How to report

You can report issues through:

Common hardware issues

  • Screen not responding

  • Card reader not working

  • Cable damaged or stuck

  • Charger offline or showing errors
