Stella and Bolt Norway have partnered to reward taxi fleets with free energy based on drivers’ performance on the Bolt platform.
Who receives Stella rewards?
All active taxi fleets on Bolt that are in Norway are eligible to receive free energy, including solo fleets with only one driver.
Stella rewards are granted to the taxi company (fleet owner), not to individual drivers.
To get the rewards, the taxi fleet owner must create a Stella account and register their business via the Stella app.
How does registration work?
The taxi fleet owner simply needs to download the Stella app and complete their business registration.
No additional steps or special codes are required. Stella automatically recognises the fleet and distributes rewards based on the Fleet Company Code (Organisasjonsnummer).
How are free energy rewards earned?
Free energy rewards are based on individual driver performance on Bolt:
Drivers who reach Silver, Gold, or Diamond tier on Bolt qualify for free energy.
Bolt sets the reward amount for each tier, the amounts may change over time.
For fleets with multiple drivers, all drivers are included in the fleet’s total free energy earnings, and the fleet receives free energy for each qualifying driver.
Higher overall driver performance results in larger free energy rewards for the fleet.
When is free energy distributed?
Free energy is distributed monthly, usually by the middle of the month.
Example: Driver performance in November results in free energy being distributed in December.
How is free energy delivered?
Free energy is automatically added to the business account registered on Stella, so there’s nothing fleet owners or drivers need to do.
How to use free energy?
Once free energy is added into your business account, it will appear in the Stella app. You can use the app to track your remaining free energy balance at any time.
You and your drivers can simply start charging as usual, and the free energy will be applied automatically.
