Stella’s referral program lets you give free energy and get free energy when you invite another business to join Stella.
How to invite your friend
To invite a friend:
Open Stella app.
Go to the Menu
Tap Invite friend, earn free kWh 👋
Select the business you want the reward applied to (if you manage multiple businesses).
Tap Invite friend button
Share your unique referral link using the iOS/Android share options (Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, etc.).
Your friend will receive a message with a link that brings them to a special Stella referral page.

What your friend sees
When someone opens your referral link, they’ll see a Stella landing page explaining how to claim their reward.
In that page, your friend should:
Enter their email address to reserve the reward.
Download the Stella app and sign up using the same email they entered on the landing page.
Register their business in the app.
Your friend will receive free energy immediately after business registration.
Please note that your friend will need to add a payment method to their business account before they can use their free energy. This ensures we can bill any usage that exceeds the free kWh included in the referral reward.

Terms & tips to keep in mind
The referral reward is only valid for new Stella business users.
Both sides must meet eligibility criteria displayed on the referral page.
The referee must use the same email to sign up in the app as they entered on the referral form.
Please check the reward amounts inside the app, they may change over time.
Referrers must choose the correct business if they manage multiple locations.

Why my friend didn't get free energy reward?
It could be that your friend have used two different emails. One in the special referral landing page, and another when registering their account in Stella app.
Or, your friend already is a Stella user.
Why I didn't get free energy reward?
To get free energy reward, your friend must create a business account and complete at least one successful charge at Stella.
What does "Reward not applicable" mean?
If your friend sees the error message “Reward not applicable. This offer is for new business users only.” on the referral page, it means they have already registered a business account with Stella. Because the referral program is limited to new business customers, the reward cannot be granted in this case.
