Stella automatically charges the payment card linked to your business account.
If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), you can retry the payment via the Stella app at any time.
Here is how to retry the payment:
Open the Stella app
Navigate to the Business tab
Tap on Billing
Next, find the invoice that is not paid and tap on it
Finally, tap Retry payment
If the payment continues to fail, you can add a new payment card to your business account and try again.
To add a new payment card:
Open the Stella app
Go to the Business tab
Tap on Payment method
Tap on the existing payment card
Next, tap on Add new card
Enter the payment card details
Toggle Set as default card
Finally, tap Add new card. Please note that you may be asked to perform 3D Secure authentication with your bank app
Once the new payment card is added and it is set as your default card, go to the Billing page, find the unpaid invoice and tap on Retry Payment button
